Class policies -
Advance payment with registration is required to hold your place in the
class. No refunds will be given unless you cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
Refunds will be given in the form of shop credit unless The Grateful Thread
cancels the class. Materials are included in the class fees unless noted. For
more information to register for a class, call 570-622-2933.

Experience Levels are indicated by stars beside the class title, please respect
these guidelines:
* Basic classes, no experience required
** You know how to knit and purl and have made a project or two using these
stitches
*** You are comfortable with knitting, purling, increasing, and decreasing. You
have made several projects that require shaping.
**** You are proficient with the basics, can knit in the round, and know basic finishing, have made at least one successful sweater.

*KNITTING CIRCLE - 3rd Saturday of the month from 12:30p to
2:00p.
Bring some projects for show and tell, ask questions, share tips, enjoy
refreshments and receive 10% off any yarn or knitting accessory purchase.

AUGUST CLASSES
Beginner's Knitting Circle Thursday August 21, 6:30 - 8pm.
Learn to cast on, knit, purl, and bind off. Start a scarf or dishcloth.
Fall Knitter's Share August 26, 6:30 - 8pm.
Take an hour to relax from your hectic fall schedule to get inspired for this
season's knitting projects. Meet with other knitters, enjoy refreshments, and
review new fall yarns. Bring a completed project or a new pattern to share
and receive an extra 20% off all regular yarn and accessory purchases.
**Students who have previously taken a class atThe Grateful Thread
receive a $5 discount on a new class.
